We have been advised of a major outage within Microsoft Azure and Oracle.
This is affecting all phone services that utilise Breeze Connect. Internal calls are still functioning; however, inbound and outbound calls are not working.
You may also find some Sharepoint/Teams services are affected as well. But not all customers.
This is a significant outage and is currently being rectified. You can find additional information in the link below; services are slowly being restored, but we do not have an ETA when it will be fully functional.
